Our employees use the app on android tablets. The App is freezing whenever they try to comment. and when they can comment the keyboard covers the comment area so they cannot see what they are doing. We have checked the devices and the tablets are working on any other app. The problem only occurs on Trello leading us to the conclusion that the error is App related. It is slowing down production.
Any help please.
I recommend that you reach out Trello Support as this seems to be a bug in the app. In the meantime, have your users use the native web browser for data entry and see if that works better.
