Unable to move Trello cards/change status etc.

Hi team, one of the Admins on private board https://trello.com/invite/b/645a51106999d289dc96c2f3/ATTIff924da5774eff4fd20326f8bd654ba451C862A2/slm-tasks can no longer do actions such as move or change the status of cards. What can we do to fix the issue? Thank you.
