How do I get to speak to someone?
I was getting help on a previous ticket but that closed so now the person I'm trying to speak to is not able to be reached as the ticket closed.
I'm trying to upgrade the account to Trello premium which had been agreed with this person, but it is not at all obvious how to do it. I dont want the 14 day trial - we know we want it so want it immediately.
can anyone help?!

I can see you've raised a ticket with our billing and sales team, they'll respond shortly.
You can just go to this link and select the workspace that you want to upgrade to Premium https://trello.com/select-team-to-upgrade
