I am writing to urgently request a refund for the $75 charge that was applied to my account, despite my previous attempt to cancel the Trello Premium trial before the billing date. My Trello account is registered under the following email: maressabarbieri@hotmail.com.
Today, I reached out to request the cancellation of my trial subscription before being charged. However, I received an automated response directing me to this contact form. Meanwhile, my account was charged $75, which I believe was a mistake given my prior cancellation request.
I kindly ask that you process an immediate refund for this charge and ensure that my Trello Premium subscription is fully canceled to prevent any further billing.
Please confirm once the refund has been issued and my subscription is canceled.
