If I complete a date on a card and then go back to use that same card later on and want to add a new date reminder, it can't be done. It will forever say complete no matter what I do.
Is there any way to add a date...complete...add a new date and un-complete it so I will still have an alert?
Hi @Ryan McDaniel - Card status is now decoupled from due date. You can read more about it in our support docs. You can manually mark the card incomplete by clicking on the green check circle to the left of the title after you adjust the date. Automations work for this as well. Try adding a trigger "When a due date date is moved in a card with a complete due date" and an action "mark the due date as incomplete". We are working on updating the automation to make it clearer that due dates and card status are decoupled now but automations with due dates work today with complete status.
