User cannot leave beta version

One of user in our company cannot leave beta version - there is no button 'Beta' and command 'Exit Beta version'.

User probably agreed to get into it, but why there is no possibility to exit?

It happened to only one user.

Can I ask for help?

Welcome to the community!

The new Trello design is now generally available starting May 21, 2025 for all users and cannot be opted out. During the beta testing phase, opting out was an option, but that’s no longer the case. Updates are currently being rolled out to users on Free, Standard, and Premium plans until the end of July, while Enterprise customers will see these new features later this year.
