We're going to upgrade to Trello Business, can non users on a board see paid user updates?

We are going to upgrade to Trello Business soon.  We have 20 users that we will upgrade and about 20 others that use the boards, but will not need the additional features.  Can the people who are not using the upgraded version still see the additional content, dates assigned, and the many other things the other 20 will be updating on cards?  Thank you!

Hello Jane,

You can upgrade however many users you'd like. These will be able to create and manage upgraded boards, activate power ups and so on, while the rest won't. Users that are not business class can enjoy all the features, just can't manage those.

I used to run all boards for a company being the only business class user.

The improvement that the upgrade brings is to bump the automation caps, because each user's limits get pooled with the rest.
