It looks like something just changed with the way labels work. I used to be able to just hit "F" and then "1" to show only all my cards labeled with the first (green) label, which for example on this board are all my "First Priority" projects.
Now all of a sudden as of this evening, that no longer works and I need to hit "F", scroll all the way down to Labels at the very bottom of the menu, click on Select Labels, and then Click on the label I want? Am I missing something or did we just go from two keystrokes to now a keystroke + scrolling + two clicks?
If this is the case, there must be an option to get the new interface back, no? I toggle back and forth between my high/low/medium priority projects all day and this really adds a lot more maneuvering to what should be a simple task...
Hey @Lindsey Ross, thank you for your feedback! We've heard your request to get to your high priority labels faster, so we just rolled out a change to pull out your three top labels above the select dropdown for ease of use. You should be able to get that update by refreshing!
For what it's worth, I took a look into the previous filtering experience, and I don't believe we ever had filter-by-label keybindings ("f" then "1") set up. But I'm a fan! We'll take that in as a feature suggestion. In the meantime, we've documented more usability tips in this help page, like "q" and "x", in addition to "f".
I'm very confused, as I've been using Trello for years and have always used the keystrokes "F"-->"1" to access my #1 labels (high priority). F pulled up the filter menu, and then "1" filtered to all cards labeled with Label #1.
I don't see the change you refer to here; now when I hit F, this super cumbersome menu pulls up and labels are still at the very bottom of the page fold; what's more, now the default seems to be the boolean "any" instead of "all," meaning that I have to take yet ANOTHER extra step to filter my cards with label 1 and no due date, for example, by checking Exact Match instead of the default Any Match.
Why such a backwards move? Can we have an option to use the old interface while all these bugs are worked out?

Major mistake by atlassian. Give us back our label filter! The old model worked with member assigned was above the label. When I click me and a label I don't want any or exact, I want me + plus all labels with me. Why would you remove the previous standard filter?????

Agreed! All of a sudden card filtering just became so cumbersome!
