Good day, Welcome to Atlassian Community.
Can you confirm if "You make changes to work items" is checked in your Notification settings.
From Top right gear box, select Notification settings and then in Project and work items make sure, "You make changes to work items" is checked.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
