I started using the free version of Trello for my company. Two other users and I are set up as admins. However, I'm the only user who can see the inbox on the board. Why can't the other members see the inbox?
The Inbox is a beta feature only. Are you by any chance in the beta while the others are not (if you are there is a purple Beta label in the top right of the screen)
