Hi Rachel, sorry to hear that you are getting this error and your updates aren't saved.
It might be the internet connection firewall settings or a browser extension/plug-in blocking parts of the app.
Please can you try using a different internet connection( preferably your mobile connection using mobile hotspot - no firewall) and a different or private/incognito browser window. And let's see if the issue persists. Thanks for your time and I'll be on the lookout for your reply.
