I'm unsure if this is a Trello or OneDrive issue, but wanted to see if anyone can help on this?
I have attached JPEG and PNG files onto Trello cards with the OneDrive Power-Up. They appear in my attachment list fine. But if I try to click and review those attachments, I get taken to a blank screen in OneDrive. This has not been a problem in the past and wondered if something may have changed on the Trello side recently to cause this?
In some cases I can refresh the blank screen and the file will appear, but sometimes the wrong file will appear, so that's not a solution.
Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem or any clues as to how to fix it.
Thanks, Mike
Hello Lara,
Thank you for looking into this for me. The Chrome browser I am using on Mac is up-to-date. I tried the private browser test and that didn't help I'm afraid. A colleague who uses a Microsoft PC has also had the same issues.
Thanks,
Mike.
Hi Mike,
Definitely strange! We'll need to take a closer look.
Would you mind reaching out over at https://trello.com/contact and reference this community post?
Thanks!
All the best,
Lara

Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out!
Hmm, I haven't been able to replicate the issue on my side. Would you mind confirming your browser is up-to-date? Also, could you please test in an incognito/private window?
Let me know how that goes!
Lara
