Why can't I see every action done on a card?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have multiple coworkers working on different cards as we have four different locations. We had confusion with a customer's order we missed, and we were unable to see who moved said card to another board and where it went wrong/how it was missed. Is it a setting we need to change?

Did you check the activity or History tab in the issue? Could you please share a screenshot?
