Why can't I use Google Drive Powerup since the latest update? I've checked every single menu, everything I can find. There's not a chat bot or a customer service chat or a help page that answers this question. Everything says I CAN but there is no clear way that I can see to do it, and no supporting documentation to help me figure it out. I'm annoyed that I had to come to this forum and try to learn to navigate it to ask a simple question about a feature I have used for years that is now simply MIA. Can anyone please help me.

Well, that wasn't all that helpful and was VERY aggravating. It asked me a bunch of questions with a lot of options that had nothing to do with what I need, and none of them about my actual question. When I was finally able to type my answer, it popped up a "self-help" page that was about as unhelpful as a thing can be, given that none of the options actually addressed my problem. It finally, eventually, gave me the option to "submit" my question, and then it told me that you are all very, very busy what with not having enough people available to answer questions from paying customers and, presumably, with all the glitches and mess-ups with the new rollout, and that the wait time would be lengthy. With all that money your investors and customers are pouring into this massive company, it is unconscionable that you can't provide reasonable customer service when the product is not working.
