Why is copy not an action in the card menu?

Is there another way to copy a list? I also do not have the pencil for quick edits.

Having this issue also on Windows 10 using Google Chrome. The second time the issue has arisen in the last month.

EDIT: Tested using MS Edge, also the same issue.

EDIT 2:

Tested with a new board, the issue went away. Went back to previous board, the issue still existed.

Created a new card in the first list on affected board, then right-clicked, and suddenly the issue was fixed board-wide (Previously created a new card in the 3rd list on the board which didn't change anything, so that was quite surprising).

@Hard1199 that's very strange, you're missing copy, watch and share. What platform/browser are you using?

Yes, you can use the Butler Power-Up to copy cards or lists.
