Why my Trello app is not working?

I recently installed the Trello app in my iPhone 5. All the apps and software are updated.

When I try to enter in a board, the app keeps uploading for ages and it never shows anything but the circle loading.

Besides, the two icons that appear up-right, dissappear one second after loading the board (which, as I said, shows nothing but the circle loading).

In the settings of the app everything's ok and in the settings of my account (I checked in the website version) everything's ok as well (I think so).

What can I do? I really need to use Trello for my job.

Hi Pablo

Please try clearing the Terllo cache from your iPhone. Here's instruction on how to do that: https://trello.com/c/fRhupNj5/220-clear-my-cache

I tried so and the problem is still there. Even, I tried to uninstall the app and install it again...
