When selecting Attachment the wrong MS Onedrive account comes up. I've tried selecting 'Switch Account' but it just buffers briefly and then back to the same account.

Choosing the 'Switch Account' button should log you out of the account currently authenticated with the Power-Up then allow you to log in using a different One Drive account.
Since this isn't happening, it sounds like this may be a local browser problem (such as badly cached data), and I'm curious if following these browser troubleshooting steps will help: https://help.trello.com/article/736-troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello
