I can see two different tickets regarding your issue being handled already, so I'll leave it for them to explain where the billing came from without making any of your information available here in a public forum.
In the meantime, I've issued a refund to prevent you from having any issues with your Bank regarding this charge. You can ask for a receipt of this refund in either of those tickets and the assignees will be able to provide you with it.

It can be confusing because Atlassian has decided to try and direct people to this community for answers instead of their support but for billing queries, you should contact them directly

I'm going to be honest, the Atlassian support for billing enquiries related to Trello is shockingly bad right now so I'm gonna go ahead and escalate this, meaning someone should be in touch within a few days.
