We are missing so many basics. For example:
Why we cant setup visitibly also per card?
Why Trello is still not able to offer card specific permissions? We missing this function after 10 minutes using trello. Trello still not implement this years later. :-(
Some board cards/details are not for customer eyes, so we have to manage for every project with clients 2 boards: one with client contacts and one without clients!
All other solutions on the market have permission rules also per cards. Why trello not?
So we need to manage one more internal board without customer for every project. This will have an big impact to every one workflow and wast a lot of time...
Also not possible:
Why we cant setup an color for every trello columen (i do not mean card color)?
This have an positive impact for better overview.... We are using some other software like trello and that also have this function. Why trello does not include colors for columns?
Best wishes
Tommy
Hi @Tommy
Our Power-Up, Private Notes might help with some of the customer information you want to keep hidden.

Hi Tommy,
The answer to your question for external users and your customer is Hipporello. Hipporello is a service desk powerup specifically built for Trello users. It connects your customers and employees to your support, IT & business teams by creating Trello cards via online forms and emails.
Your customer does not need to access Trello boards directly and your agents can manage incoming customer requests on Trello board. Hipporello supports automation, email to board functionalities, customer tracking info, and more.
It is not a powerup which integrates another service desk to Trello, it is a powerup designed to natively work with Trello. So please check it out from https://trello.com/power-ups/5dd670e21b2a8973687ca15a

Hi Tommy,
The lack of per-card permissions is by design. Trello is built on the concept of a shared perspective, knowing that every person on the board is seeing the same content in the same way. Changing who can see what removes crucial context, and changes how a board works, and what's it's most useful for, so we haven't wanted to make a change like that.
List colors is something that we've seen requested, but somewhat infrequently, so it hasn't been prioritized. I'll be sure to voice your support for that in the future. For now, there are a number of browser extensions that can enable that sort of functionality: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/list-highlighter-for-trel/haljojofdmnhcjenglgbejijfppbhmnn?hl=en-GB
