agregar un nuevo miembro

Hola ya en varias oportunidades agregué a un nuevo miembro para compartir un tablero que se llama y por alguna razón, no puede ver el tablero y se le abre el enlace sin nada para comenzar de cero el mail es 

por favor, ¿me pueden ayudar a darles permisos para ver mi tablero

Checking your Workspace, I've noticed all the settings are correct and the invite should work fine.

Could you tell me if you are trying to share using the user's email or through the share link?

Also, please double-check with the user if they're logging in with the correct email.
