I can't open the cards in the Trello app on iOS devices. This issue occurs frequently on other devices as well. How can this be resolved?

Hi Shinto, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello.

  • Have you checked if you are using the same email address when logging in from your computer as when logging in from your mobile devices?
  • Do you still see that after closing the app completely and then re-opening it? To close the app, tap on your device's app manager, and swipe to close the Trello app.

If you're still running into the same trouble, would you mind clearing the Trello app cache to see if that fixes the issue? Before you do so, please take a look at this help doc that explains how to check for unsent changes first and it explains how to clear the app cache after that:

In a situation where the issue persists after clearing the app cache, we'd suggest reinstalling the Trello app using the following steps:

  1. Delete the Trello app from your device
  2. Download the latest version of Trello via the AppStore
  3. Launch the app again and log in to see if the issue persists
  4. If reinstalling doesn't help either, please let us know which error message you see.
