cannot change my username in trello

hi everyone! I'm new to the Trello App.

Recently I want to change my username, but it cannot work...every time I made the change, then click save and refresh the page, it shows my old username(which was given by the system, I register my account with existed Google account).

I've tried follow the Q&A instructions and searched my issue in this forum, but still cannot change my username.
If anyone who knows how to solve it, please teach me. Thank you very much!!!

Hi @Audrey !

We've heard reports that some users with non-latin characters on their Atlassian profile name are not able to update their Trello username. Our team has been alerted very recently about this problem and they're already on top of it! We don't have an ETA for when this will be fixed yet, I'm afraid. 

Here's the current workaround that you can follow:

1. Log in to your Atlassian account at https://id.atlassian.com
2. Open to your Profile at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and update your Full Name to remove the non Latin characters from it (you could temporarily set your name to "abc" for example).
3. Go to your Trello profile at http://trello.com/me and update your username.
4. Go back to your Atlassian account profile on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and then update your Full Name back to its original name.
