I cannot receive any email confirmation to activate my account.
Hi @Alvin Sarona I am curious if your email activation went to your spam or junk mail folder. I believe mine went there the first time I set up Trello, until I marked these emails safe.

Can you please confirm if this is an Atlassian Cloud service you are referring to? Or a server instance hosted within your company?
If this is Cloud, please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
If server, please contact your local administrators.
