If you’re a Single-Board Guest or a Multi-Board Guest in Trello and need to update your email, you won’t be able to do it directly from the board. Trello is managed through Atlassian, so any email changes have to be done through your Atlassian account.
How to Change Your Email in Trello

Go to your Atlassian Account settings
- Open this link: https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
- Log in using your current Trello email and password.

Update Your Email
- Find the "Email" section and click Change email.
- Enter the new email address you want to use and confirm it.
- Atlassian will send a verification email to your new address.

Verify Your New Email
- Open the email from Atlassian and click the verification link.

Log in with Your New Email
- Once confirmed, you can start using your new email to log in to Trello.
What If You Were Invited to a Board with a Different Email?
If someone added you to a board using a different email than your usual one, you have two options:
- Log in to Trello with that specific email.
- Ask the board admin to invite your preferred email instead.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
