how to discard power up

I want to get rid of a power up (Sendboard) because I do not agree on their privacy policy, but it stays within trello and I cannot remove it.

We are always looking for new ways to further protect the privacy of our users. So please drop us an email at hello@sendboard.com if you have ideas for how we can improve.

I can't think of why you would not be able to remove SendBoard. All I can suggest is that you ensure that your first disable the Power-Up from the board menu in Trello, and then remove the SendBoard bot from the board.
