i have 2 questions i need help regard collaboration on trello

hello everybody. i am familiar with trello but would need some help.I am working with my assistant on many different bord.Is there a way that particular user could view all the card assign to him across all those bord??

I also want to know something.I have some board that some item are private but would need in that particular bord to have some card assign to people but don't want those people to see the card not asign to them??!!

You would have to invite the person to that board/card and then they should be able to see everything. You can also password protect specific cards but Im not 100% on how to do that. I know for our company we have some pricing that is password protected so people can see it on a need to know basis.
