Hey Carmen, have you followed all the steps on our help doc to link your boards to Outlook Calendar: https://help.trello.com/article/1064-using-trello-with-microsoft-outlook

If you're still having issues and they're on Outlook's side, you might want to reach out to Microsoft (or your internal IT team if your Outlook is managed).
