Hello community,
we are a warehouse and we use trello to see a forecast of all inbound shipments. We have the dates as a list and every inbound shipment is a card. So we can add information to every shipment which is not so comfortable to see in our warehouse management system.
We have different customers on the board. Our customers wants to know the status of the inbound shipments an see whether we already have the documents, whether the container arrived at our warehouse, already started unloading etc.
We could invite our customer to the board but than he would also see the shipments from our other cutomers. Is it possible to invite him to the board but only seeing the cards which are labeled with his name?
I hope it's clear what I mean. Thanks in advance for a feedback.
Best regards
Tim
Hello @Tim Gaedicke,
Welcome to the community! Cigdem from Hipporello here. We have the Trello Card Share Power-Up that allows you to share one or a selection of cards with non-Trello users. The people you share cards with can view the shared cards on a web portal. The idea is to be able to share some cards, without adding people to your Trello board.
Feel free to book a demo through our website if you want a quick start or have questions.
Hello @Çiğdem Büyükaşik ,
I tried the power up, but this is not what I'm looking for. As I see it the user can't see the specific information which we have in the customized fields.
But Thanks for your answer.

Hi again @Tim Gaedicke,
You're right, there's a missing point if you're using custom fields. Custom fields will be added to shareable fields very soon (in 1-2 weeks max). I suggest you give it another try then.
Best,
Cigdem
