lists & cards have disappeared from trello board - how do I find them?

I was horrified this morning to pull up a board for a course I'm delivering this week only to find all lists and cards are gone! I am still within my limit for free boards for this workspace and I didn't do anything different to the board when I closed it last night.

Why has this happened and how can I fix this asap?!

Can you post a screenshot of the empty board (screenshot of the entire browser screen)?

Lists can be archived so try and see if they are there ("..." Button in top right corner > Archived Items)
