The fact is that I have not been using your service for more than 10 months and do not have access to the corporate mail and am not their employee. Despite this, I had previously paid for an annual subscription to the service, which I had not used for more than 10 months. I don't even have access to the email linked to the account, since it has been deleted, to contact your technical support, which is a significant problem
But 02.07.2025 without my consent and warning, a write-off occurred. Therefore, I ask you to return the funds to my card and cancel the transaction, disable the service.
