Hi, our e-mail address is not valid anymore. How can I install a new one.
I cannot login to the account, because the new password(or a code) is sent to the old, inactive e-mail.

As per above documentation from Atlassian, solution is to request your org to activate your account and then you can follow these steps to update your account, but first you will have to reactivate your old email.
