premium account. Invited a team member. How does she create her own account? I'm lost!

I have gone into her email and o her computer and trying to create an account for her and I cannot figure out how.  Currently she cannot change her profile image or reply to messages, they all look like they are coming from me.  HELP!!!

Welcome to the community. I may have misunderstood you. You would like to create an account for your friend so that she can use Trello in your premium workspace. 

In my opinion, she can sign in to Trello through

• https://id.atlassian.com - there, she can use her Gmail, Microsoft, Apple, or Slack ID to create an Atlassian Account (Trello belongs to Atlassian). Although it is possible to create an account on this page. You would need a name, email address, and password. Afterward, you can invite her to your board or workspace. 
• If she already has an account, try to use a private browser window (Firefox, Safari, or Chrome) to ensure she uses the correct login data.
