Hello,

I have successfully linked Trello and Slack and now I am trying to send a Trello card to myself in a direct message in Slack. However, when I do this I get the following error in Slack.

"For security reasons, you can't preview private content in Slack channels."

I'm not sure why I'm getting this message as this card is part of a Trello board I have access to and I'm only sending it to myself, not a channel.

Ah! These errors usually happen when you don't have access to the card, seems like that's not the case. Just curious to understand if you get any contextual information when you click on "Learn more"

If that doesn't take you anywhere, Please raise a support request via https://trello.com/contact and one of us will be able to investigate this further.
