"Observer" role available on "Standard" plan, or only on "Premium"?

Is the "Observer" role available on "Standard" plan, or only on "Premium" plan?

In case Observer role is in Premium only, and I would not need any special functions of Premium, but only Free functions + the Obeserver role for some users, can I just pay for a Premium for 1 month, set up this Observer role for given users, then stop paying and using those roles for those users until further changes necessary?

Observers is only available with our Premium and Enterprise plans so you'd need to upgrade your workspace to one of these to make use of this.

If you were to downgrade at a later date you'd no longer be able to make people Observers in your boards.
