I've got an issue with a deleted board. On a shared account the administrator deleted the boards and they don't appear in archive folder. Is it possible to retrieve them somehow from my account? If not what actions should the admin take to get them back? Do all deleted boards move to "closed boards"? Please it's really important for my film production or else we loose continuity of the tv series

Best of luck with that one.

Trick is, assign boards etc from one account, central admin, and not a user one, and then put yourself in as a user.

Just because its you (or somebody else) thats the admin, doesnt mean you need an admin level account, and sometimes seeing the admin level stuff too is a distraction.

Create a "central admin" email address and account, and administer all from there, and only go in via that login for only what you need admin privilage to do.

Then, back in via your own login.  May be you on both accounts, but separate it out, and protect it from even your own errors or accidents.

Hi @Martyna Poros , if the board is not archived, it may not be possible to recover the board. The admin should see a "Re-open" button if its closed, but if not I don't think its possible to recover it. Here's a page with more information, and you could try contacting Trello's support team.
