The workspace admin can reactivate your account https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/what-is-a-deactivated-user/
However, if your account was managed by your company and was deactivated by your IT department, then you will have to reach out to them.

Could you please clarify your question? What environment do you work in? Cloud? DataCenter? If a user has lost access, please contact your Jira administrator or the organization administrator.
