trello can't find slack channel

I am trying to connect trello board to slack channel, but i am not able to find slack channel instead i got an option to receive messages as a individual slack user.

Hi @Ahmed - Takeme , welcome to the community! That's odd, I've tried to connect to slack here just to make sure and I could see all my channels right away. Have you already tried to revoke Slack access and reauthenticate to see if that fixes the issue?
