It started happening about a month ago I think, maybe back to April. There may have been a Windows update at some time in April. Trello still works just fine on my phone but I need to be able to use the desktop app as well.
My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise SP 1, 64bit
Happens in Chrome and IE. I have already followed the instructions from both browsers and nothing happens. I've restarted several times.
IE says: This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://trello.com again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.
Have the same issue.... ? @Tanya Elkins did you manage to resolve it?
@Tanya ElkinsThe message you get indicates there is something not ok on your computer. To solve this problem, you'd need someone local to you.
