Recent Update - loss of data

Hi.  It seems that after the recent update all of the notes on all of my cards have been removed.  Does anyone know if these can be restored?  I was given a workaround by support to restore a single card at a time but even so, much of the information is lost and in an unusable format.  Hoping for an answer.  Thanks.

Hi @Angela Redmann !

You've got the right idea with the workaround support gave you for restoring a single card at a time, but I totally get that it can be a bit of a pain, especially if you've got a lot of info to recover.

If you're dealing with tons of cards, you might want to check out some Power-Ups that could make the process a bit easier. Power-Ups can add extra features and functionalities to your Trello boards, and some might help you manage or recover your data more efficiently.
