Recieving Notifications

Anyone knows how to fix the recieving notifications issue ? 

sometimes you recieve them , sometimes you don't , if you haven't used the board for a while then it will not send anything , when opening the board you notice that the board is offline and connecting again.

 

i don't see any settings how to fix this , tried fixing it from windows System > Notifications > Trello but still same issue

Hi Hatim, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello.

  • Have you by any chance viewed the update right after it appeared on the card? If you happen to see the update before the email arrives in your mailbox, the email itself won't be sent. This behavior is set by default to reduce the number of notifications of something you might've already seen.
  • I should also mention that if you keep your Trello tab with a card open for which you expect to receive a notification, you won't receive an email about such an update because Trello will consider that you've already viewed the change.

Also, it's worth mentioning that to receive notifications of certain actions on a card, you must be watching the card, list, or board where the card is, or you have to be a member of the card in question. For mobile, there is another set of notification controls that you can use. This will allow you to control what types of notifications you want to receive on your mobile phone:
