Removing Beta Not Option?

I can't add labels to my cards as there is a glitch, but there's no "Beta" button next to my create button. My company requires we use labels - so I'm just stuck? How the heck do I remove Beta to abide by my company standards?

The labels are now accessible from the middle of the card. See this update https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/new-card-back/
