I previously had a Premium subscription, but I had to unsubscribe out of necessity.
Now I want to reactivate my Premium subscription, but when I try to select the Premium subscription type in the "Payment" settings menu and then pay, I don't see the page where I could choose payment terms, enter my card, and pay.
When I try to select and pay for Premium, I only get a page with the log-in information.
How can I restore my Premium subscription?
