Repeat cards

I spent a couple of hours working on repeat cards yesterday.  I'm new to Trello, but the repeat set up seems straightforward.

 

This morning, the repeat cards show up, but in multiples.  Not sure what I did wrong.  I click on the REPEAT box and I see multiple cards set up as repeat....more than I set up manually..

 

Any help?
