I would like to show a non-working day each week in timeline view but do not wish to create a year's worth of cards for this. Any way to automate this? Repeater power-up doesn't appear to work for this. Many thanks.

Hi @alex.finch, welcome!

Do you need to keep a history of the past days? If not, you could set up an automation Due Date rule to move the card's due date to the same day next week. This keeps just 1 card (or however may you want) on the board and the due date is automatically shifted after a set time.

Using the Due Date automation options:

1 days after a card with a name containing "Non-Working Day" is due, move the due date to the same day next week

Thank you for your input, i will use that feature on other cards but ideally i wanted the card to show on every wednesday for the year (all at once) as i am using timeline for team annual resource planning.

I understand! In that case, unfortunately you'd need to pre-create the entire year of cards with due dates to see it on your Timeline.
