Rules Issue (My rules disappeared)...?

As of today or this week, Trello software is fully operational. I believe you are not logging with multiple Trello accounts on the same browser(s). May I request a quick work around check by clearing cache, relaunch browser and retry accessing.
If issue persists, you would need to send an email to their support team mentioned in that screenshot.
