Hi, I'd like to know what we need to do in setting or anything to setup in our Trello.

The search function only works like 30% on us everytime we search a keyword on the card (On the field of the card like Business Name) and not giving a result most of the time.

Can someone help me please. Thank you

Just to confirm, are you referring to filtering cards on a board or searching across your entire Trello account? You can find the difference here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-vs-searching/

It sounds like you're searching by Custom Field since you mentioned you're searching on the field of the card. When filtering cards on a board, the keyword filter will search for the text inside of the card title or custom field. Are not all cards that match that keyword returning?
