Sharing boards in Microsoft Teams with non Trello members?

My team is looking for a virtual board that we can post notes and documents to and share that board with our own internal team and external clients.  Is it possible to embed a Trello board in MS Teams and have everyone invited to that Teams channel view the Trello Board?  Or will members of the MS Teams channel also need a separate Trello account to access the board.  Not a big deal for my internal team but I don't think external clients will want to go through the hassle of setting up a Trello account to view a virtual board. I know there is the shareable link to view a board, but in sharing a board with multiple people they get prompted to create a Trello account.  Anyway around this?  Does changing their permissions to observer negate them being prompted to create an account?
