Showing Percent of Cards/Tasks Complete

Hi all

I'd like to have a card on each project board that shows the percent complete of a certain type of card/task.  Let's say I have a Label for each phase of my project. I'd like to display a field that tells me the % of all tasks complete across all cards with that label.

I looked at Dashcards but it seems it can only show a count, not a percentage.

Any other way to do this please?
