Somehow a Trello board is suddenly closed. And there is no admin to open it.

Without any action somehow our board is closed. If we want to open it, there comes the message, that I am member of the board, but only board-admins may open it. We tried all possible accounts, but couldn't find any board-admin. How could we possible get the admin-right to open the board again?

I tried to check from my end, and I see the board is closed, but I cannot see you as a member of the board with @gmail.com account. Were you a member of the board with a different account? If yes, can you please share the username?

I see now the board is adminless, but there are board members on it. Do you want to make one of them the board admin? If yes, please share the username of that user.

I also removed the board link from the post because of PII.

Thx for the answer and for checking. That's what I guessed, that there is no admin. The account [Email address] is supposed to be admin.

I have promoted the requested account to the admin. Can you try to reopen the board now? The admin account was deleted due to inactivity, which led to the board's closure.

Thx @SAK . It works now again. We were working daily base with that board. Strange that it was supposed to be inactive.
