Estamos probando Trello en la empresa y queremos saber si se hacen copias de seguridad recurrentes para no perder información.
Conoce también en la sección ARCHIVADO si hay un máximo de espacio y si las fichas/archivos se eliminan en algún momento.
Hey @Yoli Imbernon - depends on what you mean by back-ups!
You can see how your data is stored in Trello at https://trello.com/legal/security
Data Centers and Location
Trello production services are hosted on Amazon Web Services’ (“AWS”) EC2 platform. The physical servers are located in AWS’s EC2 data centers. As of this date, AWS (i) has certifications for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015 and 27018:2014, (ii) is certified as a PCI DSS 3.2 Level 1 Service Provider, and (iii) undergoes SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 audits (with semi-annual reports). Additional details about AWS’ compliance programs, including FedRAMP compliance, can be found at AWS’ website.1
All user content is stored within US regions of AWS. Trello’s production environment is hosted on an AWS EC2 platform. User content can also be found in Trello backups, stored in AWS EC2, S3, and Glacier.
We do not offer customers the option of hosting Trello on a private server, or to otherwise use Trello on a separate infrastructure.
You can also regularly export your boards as JSON files (and CSVs if you're upgraded to Premium or Enterprise). You can see your exporting options at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/
You can also look at Power-Ups for back-up/export options: https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=backup
I'm not sure what you mean by the file section, but Trello doesn't delete inactive boards/workspaces/data/etc. The only way a board can be deleted is if one of the admins of the board deletes it.
Hi, thanks for your response. We need administrators or members to be able to create cards but NEVER delete them. In order to avoid the loss of valuable data by mistake. It is possible to configure some rule or permissions to be able to manage it in this way

Hey @Yoli Imbernon - unfortunately not. Admins of boards will always be able to close and delete the board, and members will be able to archive and delete cards.
